Key Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop support for Windows 10 and 11 operating systems, ensuring efficient and effective resolution of technical issues.
- Support users with O365 standard applications and troubleshoot related problems.
- Assist with network troubleshooting, ensuring seamless connectivity and resolving issues as needed.
- Respond to and manage incoming service requests via ticketing system (ServiceNow, Remedy, Freshworks, etc.)
- Perform basic security-related tasks to ensure system integrity and protect sensitive data.
- Work with Active Directory (AD) for user account management and access control.
- Collaborate with the team to learn and support the ERP system (Epicorp) and SaaS-based Windows solutions.
- Provide customer support, ensuring end-users have a positive experience with IT services.
- Participate in on-call support rotation as required.
- Work on various IT-related projects and contribute to overall IT system improvements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Information Technology, in roles such as Desktop Support, System Admin, Help Desk, etc.
- Experience with Windows 10 and 11 desktops and O365 standard applications.
- Familiarity with Active Directory (AD) and basic user management tasks.
- Basic understanding of IT security concepts and practices.
- Strong network troubleshooting skills.
- Some experience with mobile devices (not required but a plus).
- Ability to work with a ticketing system (FreshWorks experience is a plus).
- Basic Project Management (PM) skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with both technical and non-technical users.
- Willingness to learn and grow in your knowledge of technology
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Additional Requirements:
- Must be willing to be on-call to support after-hours needs.
- Must be comfortable supporting end users and customers in a professional and friendly manner.
