Position Information: Our client is seeking a talented IT Support w/ Programming Knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
• Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems.
• Develop and maintain scripts to automate routine tasks and enhance system efficiency.
• Assist in debugging and testing software applications and system processes.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve application-related issues.
• Manage M365 user accounts, permissions, and licenses.
• Troubleshoot and support issues related to M365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Monitor and optimize M365 system performance and updates.
• Set up, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve printer-related issues, including connectivity and driver updates.
• Perform routine server maintenance, backups, and updates.
• Assist in managing server environments, including file servers, database servers, and application servers.
• Monitor server performance and ensure high availability.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and incidents.
• Create and update technical documentation and user guides.
• Report on system performance, support metrics, and recurring issues.

Requirements:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 2 years of experience in IT support or related roles.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and tools.
• Familiarity with server management and hardware setup.
• Experience with printer setup and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Time management and multitasking capabilities.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A , Microsoft Certified: Fundamentals or Associate, or ITIL Foundation.
• Experience with virtualization tools (e.g., VMware or Hyper-V).
• Knowledge of networking concepts and tools.
