Position Information: Our client is seeking a talented TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues to end-users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve PCs, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and update software applications as needed.
- Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory.
- Assist with database queries and reporting using SQL.
- Generate reports and data visualizations using Power BI.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions in the IT knowledge base.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement system updates and security measures.
- Provide remote and in-person support to employees.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of technical support experience or equivalent IT-related experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts.
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with Active Directory for user account management is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for database querying and reporting.
- Experience with Power BI for data analysis and visualization is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
