Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Director to lead our sales efforts in the Midwest region. This role will be responsible for managing and developing a team of direct reports, establishing contact with decision makers in large medical facilities, and delivering product presentations to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned sales quota in designated accounts;
- Meet assigned targets for profitability sales volume;
- Achieve strategic customer objectives defined by Manager;
- Deliver product presentations to clients outlining product and featured benefits and services;
- Manage and develop a team of direct reports.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent sales and customer service skills;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Some travel required;
- BS Degree or related Business Courses;
- 3 - 5 years of experience in positive sales development in a medical setting, with a working knowledge of medical terminology.
