About the Role
The Regional Sales Growth Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue expansion in the Minnesota territory. This individual will oversee the daily workflow of direct reports, interview, hire, and train new staff, provide constructive and timely performance evaluations, and work with Human Resources to handle discipline and termination of employees.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve regional sales operational objectives;
- Prospects and leads activity to develop a solid pipeline for sales;
- Establishes contact with decision makers in large medical facilities;
- Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts;
- Maintains competitive knowledge to create and adjust sales strategies;
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel including support, service and management resources in order to meet account performance objectives and client expectations.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent sales and customer service skills;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Some travel required;
- BS Degree or related Business Courses;
- 3 - 5 years of experience in positive sales development in a medical setting, with a working knowledge of medical terminology.
