The Capital District YMCA's Guilderland Branch is seeking dynamic Part-Time Babysitters & Member Service Representatives. These positions support the work of the Y, a leading charity committed to strengthening community.
CURRENT VACANCIES:
- Program Coordinator - Part-time -Flexible hours
- Child Watch Babysitter - Morning, Evening, and Weekend shifts available.
- Member Service Representative - Early Morning/Opening, Night, and Weekend shifts available.
PROGRAM COORDINATOR - $20.07 PER HOUR - COORDINATES THE ASSIGNED PROGRAMS AND EVENTS FOR THE ASSIGNED MEMBER GROUPS AND/OR PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS.

Prior experience coordinating programs and working with youth and teens with an emphasis in Youth Basketball.
- BA/BS in Physical Ed., Recreation, Sports Mgt., or a related field or equivalent experience preferred.

Current certifications in CPR/AED and First Aid.

Basic knowledge of computers.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and Publisher) preferred.

Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community.
BABYSITTER - $15.50 PER HOUR - ENGAGING & MANAGING SAFETY AND WELL-BEING OF CHILDREN IN THE CHILD WATCH ROOM.

Must be 16 years of age.

Prior childcare or babysitting experience required.

Current CPR, AED, First Aid and Babysitting Certification required.

Child Abuse Prevention for Supervisory Staff; Blood borne Pathogens to be completed within 30 days of hire.
