Student Intern

The Business Development Student Intern will assist our Business Development team with the digitization of historical survey maps. 

Some responsibilities include:

• Organize and prepare physical survey maps for scanning
• Operate scanning equipment to digitize paper maps
• Label and catalog scanned maps in our digital archive system
• Maintain quality control by checking scanned files for clarity and completeness
• Assist in updating internal databases and files related to archived materials
• Collaborate with business development team members to ensure scanned maps align with ongoing projects
• Support additional administrative or research tasks as needed
   

• Current student pursuing a degree in Business, Geography, Surveying, Information Science, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with scanning hardware and basic computer systems
• Ability to handle and preserve delicate or historical documents carefully
• Familiarity with digital archiving systems or GIS software is a plus, but not required
