**Position Overview: Civil/Utility Project Manager**
In this role, you will manage and coordinate all civil and utility-related activities on construction sites, ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards. You will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of utility systems, including water, electricity, gas, and telecommunications to include grading, paving, and site concrete.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with project leads to develop schematics and plans for utility installations that align with project specifications.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Microsoft Project, and Primavera to track project progress and budget effectively.
- Conduct site assessments to determine utility requirements for new projects and modifications to existing systems.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices in utility management.
- Oversee grading, paving, and site concrete responsibilities.
**Qualifications:**
- GA Utility Foreman license preferred.
- Proven experience in utility management or a related field within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in construction management software, specifically ProCore (preferred). - Strong understanding of construction site operations and project management principles.
- Familiarity with schematics related to utility installations and civil construction projects.
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams with strong leadership skills.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high safety standards. - A degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
