With a modern chic design, an innovative cocktail program, and an elevated dining experience, we are looking for a dynamic General Manager to lead our team and bring our vision to life.
Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Supervise staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to meet financial goals
- Maintain inventory levels and control costs
- Uphold exceptional standards of cleanliness and organization
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
Requirements
- Experience in fine dining, upscale & large volume restaurant environments
- Strong background in hospitality, food service, and bar management
- Proficiency in staff training, shift management, interviewing, and kitchen management
- Knowledge of bartending techniques is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,203.00 - $120,000.00 per year
