Position Summary
We’re looking for a strategic thinker and innovative creator to help shape the future of our brand. As a Senior Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in planning and executing marketing initiatives that captivate audiences, drive brand awareness, and engage our clients. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Create & Execute Campaigns: Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with our organizational goals.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with sales, business development, and other departments to ensure marketing efforts are aligned and impactful.
- Design Content That Shines: Develop compelling marketing materials, including blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, newsletters, and sales proposals.
- Bring Events to Life: Organize and execute marketing events, trade shows, and client experiences—handling logistics, promotions, and follow-ups like a pro.
- Analyze & Innovate: Track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and turn insights into action for continuous improvement.
- Master Digital Strategy: Execute online campaigns across SEO, SEM, and social media platforms to elevate our digital presence.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Conduct market research to identify trends, track competitors, and uncover new opportunities.
- Champion the Brand: Maintain consistency in messaging and visuals across all touchpoints while ensuring brand guidelines are met.
- Lead & Mentor: Provide guidance to junior team members and foster a collaborative, creative environment where ideas thrive.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs other related duties as assigned to ensure efficient and effective processes, completion of projects and smooth operation of department.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing
- Proven experience in marketing coordination, with a focus on campaign management, brand development and strategic planning
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools including InDesign, Adobe cloud, Microsoft suite, Blue Beam, Wordpress, Panda Doc, Canva, Illustrator, SEO and social media forums
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing trends and tools
- Ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
Work Environment
This job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
Physical Requirements
- Requires mobility within an office environment.
- Regularly required to talk and hear. Effectively communicate with others both written and orally, including using the telephone.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
