Salary : $75-110,000 BASE

CEC Energy is searching for a Business Development professional with territory focused in the Permian Basin, supporting our Midland location.

Job Duties :

• Develop and cultivate new business opportunities with both new and existing customers with a target emphasis in the above-referenced diversied market segments.
• Identies, develops, networks, and maintains new / existing costumer business opportunities.
• Develop and participate in decision-making and long-range planning activities.
• Ensure bid opportunities are within the abilities and scope of the existing structure and / or agreed diversied structure of CEC.
• Meet with customers and new leads as required to meet all objectives and responsibilities.
• Develop new Master Service Agreements.
• Maintain and redevelop existing Master Service Agreements.
• Visit various jobsites and interact with crew, customers, and general contractors to ensure positive relations.
• Represent CEC at community events, and business associations.
• Develop and participate in decision-making and long-range planning activities.
• Report weekly in Business Development meeting of prospective new business customers, relations with existing customers, sales / bid information and other areas of concern for CEC Management.
• Submit daily in FreeAgent or as designated regional activities for the previous day and summary of forecasted booked work and prospective opportunities.
