Essential Job Functions:
- Manage projects from initial requirements through go-live.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and accountability across teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate results.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to align on goals and progress.
- Track project details, provide status updates, and proactively address challenges.
- Support Marketing initiatives and drive success for the Strategic Projects Team.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proven expertise in project management, including execution, team management, issue tracking, and delivering successful outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience leading and participating on cross-functional, interdepartmental teams.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills for engaging stakeholders across all levels, including senior leadership.
- Proficiency with project management and communication tools, preferably Smartsheet.
Education and Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, demonstrating strong business and financial acumen.
- 5 years of project management experience, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- 3 years of experience working with marketing teams.
- Experience with multi-unit brands, restaurants, or family entertainment centers a plus.
Work Environment
- Work is primarily performed at the CEC Entertainment corporate offices located in Irving, Texas.
- Position involves encounters with members at every level of the organization, vendors, and requires a sense of responsibility to provide a high level of customer service and accurate information.
- This position requires a professional approach and demeanor under all conditions.
- Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
