We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a high-quality customer experience while managing staff, inventory, and overall golf course and clubhouse performance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the clubhouse, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a motivated and efficient team.
- Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize supply levels.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
- Coordinate food preparation processes to maintain quality standards and timely service.
- Manage shift schedules and delegate tasks effectively among staff members.
- Utilize Toast POS system for order processing, sales tracking, and reporting.
- Conduct regular inspections of the clubhouse and course to ensure cleanliness and adherence to operational standards.
- Collaborate with upper management on strategic planning and business development initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or a similar role within the food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and restaurant operations.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with inventory control practices and cost management strategies.
- Experience in shift management and team leadership.
- Proficiency in using Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
