Job Description
Title : Occupational Therapist
Location : Elkton, MD
Hours : 8 : 00am -3 : 30pm | 37.5 hours per week
Compensation : $55 / hr (Based on Experience) - Travel Pay Packages Available
Environment : Public School District
We are looking for passionate Occupational Therapists for full-time opportunities in the Elkton, MD area. You will be responsible for the following :
Job Description :
- Collect and analyze data accurately
- Monitor designated child's IEP / Treatment Plan objectives and the progression of goals
- Complete quarter review forms for designated children
- Substitute at any given time for other staff to work with children potentially not on your regular schedule
- Identify when interventions are needed for specific children
- Work with children 1-1 or in small group settings on fine motor, gross motor, visual performance skills, sensory needs and other areas of deficit
- Complete Troubleshooting forms for Clinical Supervisors
- Seek, receive and apply feedback appropriately and professionally
- Lift and transport children across the room or as necessary while maintaining their safety
- Participate in all fundraising activities through distribution of materials and information. Attend designated fundraising and public relations events as requested
- Attend all Staff Development Days
