Senior Real Estate Sales Associate

Summary of Position
The Cedar & Sage Homes real estate sales associate will be part of a small, high performing team that is highly supported and dedicated to the successful sell out of all existing and future product releases. This opportunity currently consists of multiple projects within the Treasure Valley of Idaho consisting of Single Family and Townhome style subdivisions. For the right sales associate, this is an opportunity for long-term growth with the developer’s real estate sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with prospective customers to understand their needs and identify the right home within our portfolio to fulfill their preferences
- Maintain communication with potential customers through the construction and/or selling process
- Follow up with all lead sources with goal of booking appointments
- Execute seamless on-site sales presentation that demonstrates Cedar & Sage’s distinct value proposition including:
- Community
- Residences
- Surrounding Area/Towns
- New construction components
- Financing programs
- Condominium ownership vs single family
- Provide details as needed on:
- Specifications
- Legal docs
- Association documents and financials
- Building construction
- Comparable values in area
- Competitive projects (and other housing options in area)
- Respond to all inquiries and follow up with all prospects
- Conduct scheduled sales appointments convenient to prospects and maintain presence in sales office during determined hours for walk-ins
- Record all sales traffic and prospect data in central CRM database for marketing team to track demographic trends, traffic source, capture rates, and prospect feedback.
- Provided sales reports as requested or needed by management
- Coordinate deal from lead to close
- Work directly with Transaction Coordinator and Title when needed
- Manage closing process, including coordinate inspections and appraisals, communicate with developer and resolve any punch list items as appropriate
- Conduct broker preview tours
- Attend weekly sales meetings with development team
- Provide feedback on finishes & features based on customer feedback

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in residential real estate sales, preferably in new home construction or development sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, including residential trends, pricing, and competitive landscape
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $60k (this is a salary plus commission position)
