A successful Internet Sales representative will be adept at upselling and negotiating to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms.
- Provide detailed information about campers, features, and pricing to assist customers in their decision-making process.
- Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and inventory control for effective stock management.
- Implement upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales volume.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and follow up on leads to convert inquiries into sales.
- Collaborate with the outside sales team to ensure a seamless transition from online inquiries to in-person visits.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Assist in managing online inventory listings and ensure accuracy across all platforms.
- Take photos of units and post online
Experience
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with software tools used for inventory control and customer relationship management (CRM).
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes for both the customer and the company.
