Job Responsibilities:
As a Central Supply Assistant, you will:
Keep Us Stocked – Manage the daily supply and equipment needs of the Health Care Center and other facilities as assigned.
Stay Organized – Maintain accurate documentation for inventory control, supply usage, and billing procedures.
Support Resident Care – Ensure the right nursing supplies and equipment are available and functioning to help maintain a high standard of resident care.
Communicate Effectively – Work closely with nursing and other departments to meet ongoing equipment and supply needs.
Follow Compliance Standards – Adhere to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines related to supply management.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in supply management or inventory preferred.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Ability to follow procedures, regulations, and documentation protocols.
Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting and moving equipment.
Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
