Job Responsibilities:
The Dining Assistant plays a key role in ensuring residents receive high-quality meals and service in a welcoming atmosphere. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with residents by providing courteous, efficient, and accurate meal service while building meaningful relationships.
- Assisting with food preparation and plating to ensure meals are served with care.
- Delivering high-quality service and treating every resident’s dining experience with professionalism and warmth.
- Maintaining dining room supplies to ensure a smooth and efficient meal service.
- Upholding cleanliness standards by sanitizing tables, equipment, and washing dishes to maintain a safe and sanitary dining environment.
Qualifications:
- Prior food service or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
