Job Responsibilities:
As an Environmental Services Lead you will:
Oversee Resident Moves – Coordinate and execute resident relocations at short notice, following established moving guidelines while communicating effectively with residents, families, and departments.
Supervisory Support – Oversee housekeeping and custodial operations.
Perform Housekeeping & Custodial Tasks – Sweep, mop, dust, disinfect, and uphold high cleanliness standards throughout the community.
Identify & Report Issues – Notify maintenance of necessary repairs to maintain a safe environment.
Qualifications:
Experience in housekeeping, custodial, or environmental services required.
Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong communication & organizational skills to coordinate resident moves effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
