Position: LPN/RN Charge Nurse
Hours: AM Shift - 06:30AM to 02:30PM; Every other holiday. **NO WEEKEND HOURS**
Shift Differentials for ALL Shifts!
- AM Shift: $3.00/hour additional Saturday and Sunday
- PM Shift: $5.00/hour additional Monday through Friday; $7.00/hour additional Saturday and Sunday
- NOC Shift: $4.00/hour additional Monday through Friday; $6.00/hour additional Saturday and Sunday

Job Responsibilities/Requirements:
As an LPN Chare Nurse at Cedar Community, you will be responsible for delivering and overseeing resident care while managing the unit’s nursing team members. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Establishes CNA assignments based on staffing and resident needs. Plans for maximum utilization of nursing personnel to meet resident needs.
- Using your nursing expertise and compassionate approach to deliver high-quality medical care.
- Able to maintain a specified level of care for between 14 to 65 residents (numbers of residents vary per household and shift assigned), consistent with Cedar Community policies
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
- Valid State of Wisconsin, or equivalent, licensure.
- CPR Certification
