Job Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance III Technician, you will:
Ensure Comfort Year-Round – Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems across the campus.
Use Your Electrical Expertise – Perform electrical repairs and installations in accordance with safety and compliance standards.
Support Building Operations – Assist in the upkeep of mechanical systems, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs.
Work Independently & Collaboratively – Complete work orders, document repairs, and communicate effectively with the team.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of HVAC and electrical maintenance experience required.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and repair.
Working knowledge of commercial electrical systems and tools.
Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
