On-Call Resident Assistant (RA) / Med Tech ~ Memory Care
AM Shift: 06:30AM to 02:30PM | PM Shift: 02:30PM to 10:30PM | NOC Shift: 10:30PM to 06:30AM
On-Call Team Member Opportunity: We are seeking dedicated on-call status team members who can commit to at least four (4) days per month. These team members will be scheduled for regular shifts on their committed days and must be available to work if needed.
Key Details: • On-call team members will receive a flat rate of $30.00 per committed day, regardless of whether they are called in to work or not. • The $30.00 per day will be added to all scheduled days by the Nurse Schedulers and will be deducted if an on-call team member does not fulfill their commitment. • If an on-call team member is called in during their on-call shift, they will be paid their regular wage, including any shift differential, for the hours worked in addition to the $30.00 flat rate.

- AM Shift: $2.00/hour (Saturday & Sunday)
- PM Shift: $5.00/hour (Monday–Friday) | $7.00/hour (Saturday & Sunday)
- NOC Shift: $4.00/hour (Monday–Friday) | $6.00/hour (Saturday & Sunday)

Job Responsibilities:
As a Resident Assistant/Med Tech you will:
Provide Support & Assistance with residents’ daily activities (ADLs), offering encouragement and physical aid as needed.
Foster a Warm, Caring Atmosphere for residents, guests, and fellow team members.
Respond Promptly & Compassionately to resident call lights and requests.
Ensure Resident Safety & Well-Being through attentive care and supervision.
Handle Emergencies such as falls, seizures, or choking, following proper protocols.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older (CBRF requirements)
Previous Experience in Caregiving is a Plus
Ability to Provide Compassionate, Person-centered Care
Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment While Prioritizing Resident Care
