- AM Shift: $2.00/hour (Saturday/Sunday)
- PM Shift: $5.00/hour (Monday through Friday) | $7.00/hour (Saturday/Sunday)
- NOC Shift: $4.00/hour (Monday through Friday) | $6.00/hour (Saturday/Sunday)

Job Responsibilities:
As a Resident Assistant / Med Tech, you will:
- Provide guidance, encouragement, and physical assistance as needed for residents’ daily activities (ADLs).
- Foster a courteous, caring, and positive atmosphere for residents, guests, and team members.
- Respond to resident call lights and requests in a timely and compassionate manner.
- Ensure resident safety and well-being at all times..
- Handle emergency situations such as falls, seizures, or choking, following proper protocols.
