$5.00/hour (Monday–Friday) | $7.00/hour (Saturday & Sunday) - NOC Shift:

Job Responsibilities:
As a RN Charge
Nurse/Supervisor you will:
🩺 Lead & Oversee Nursing Staff – Assign CNA
duties based on staffing and resident needs to ensure high-quality care.
👩⚕️ Deliver Compassionate & Skilled Nursing Care – Provide
expert medical care while fostering a supportive, home-like environment.
🏡 Manage Unit Operations – Ensure smooth daily functions for
residents ranging from 14 to 65
individuals, depending on household and shift assignment.
✅ Maintain Nursing Standards – Uphold Cedar Community policies and best
practices for resident care.
Qualifications:
✔ Graduate of an
Accredited School of Nursing
✔ Valid RN License in the State of
Wisconsin (or equivalent licensure)
✔ CPR Certification
✔ Strong Leadership &
Organizational Skills
✔ Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced
Environment While Prioritizing Resident Care
