JOB OPPORTUNITY
Cedar Corporation is a growing company, that offers a professional, yet flexible work environment. We are seeking a full-time, highly energetic, upbeat self-starter with a can-do outlook to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator in our Green Bay, WI office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the front desk and office phone system.
- Project filing of past and current projects.
- Organize various aspects of event planning and management such as off-site retreats, company parties, and office gatherings.
- Provide backup support to other project assistants within the company.
- Proofread and edit correspondence, construction specifications and reports.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, regulatory permit forms, and contract documents.
- Miscellaneous clerical duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
- 10 years of professional administrative experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher software, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.
- Must possess the capability to multi-task.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with energy and optimism both alone and with other team members.
- Experience in the professional consulting field is preferred.
