We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Cycle Process Lead to join our team at Cedar County Memorial Hospital. As a key member of our Business Office, you will be responsible for optimizing revenue collections, processing claims, and supervising the Business Office team.
Key responsibilities will include overseeing billing, accounts receivable, insurance verification, intake of patient payments, and daily cash deposits. You will also work closely with the Chief Financial Officer to develop and implement strategies to improve revenue cycle processes.
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in accounting, supervisory experience, and a degree in Business Management or Business Administration. A preference will be given to candidates with 3-4 years of supervisory experience at a Critical Access Hospital.
