What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bar Grill Manager position at CEDAR CREEK?
Cedar Creek is a facility that includes Private Golf Club, Trackman Golf Simulators during winter months open to both Private Golf Members and the general public, Full Service Bar & Grill open to the members and public, and a Banquet Facility that includes two banquet rooms. Open Year around. We expect to fill this with a Manager that would like to be employed for a long period. Please understand that this is a working Managers position that will spend 75% of your time on the floor. This is not an office job! The following are the required job functions necessary to perform at a high level;
Determine work schedules for Bar & Grill Staff
Heavy Food Experience
Manage Facebook Page
The ability to run a tight ship with the Bar Staff.
Keep the work area clean and well stocked. Lead the Bar staff to keep the premise well stocked and clean.
Planning and coordination or reservations and special events with other Managers
Purchase liquor, beer and other supplies
Establishing and enforcing company policies
Provide exceptional service to all customers
Golf knowledge is not mandatory but will aid in future success of not only the applicant but Cedar Creek as a golf facility.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
