Duties:
- Greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Seat guests and manage reservations to ensure timely seating
- Provide menus and relay any specials or promotions to guests
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized lobby area
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries or reservations
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest concerns or special requests with professionalism and efficiency
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- Proficient in using POS systems and handling cash transactions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
