What are the responsibilities and job description for the Emergency Response Team Lead position at Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living?
As a key member of the Cedar Crest Village team, you will be responsible for overseeing the safety and security of our community. In this role, you will enforce regulations, manage incident reports, and provide leadership and training to ensure smooth and safe operations.
Available shift is 7pm-7am.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular patrols of the property and respond to emergency and routine calls for service
- Enforce parking and traffic regulations
- Ensure the completion of daily shift reports and incident reports
- Screen visitors, vendors, etc. at the gatehouse
- Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Assist in training, coaching, and counseling of employees
- Provide daily leadership, supervision, motivation, and communication to direct & indirect reports
- Monitor team throughout the day and reinforce safety practices
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in public safety supervisory (Fire/EMS/Law Enforcement) or comparable supervisory experience
- Current and valid driver's license
