Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Public Safety Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our safety and security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our residents, employees, and visitors. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of security personnel to ensure effective coverage of the community
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Conduct regular inspections of the community to identify potential safety hazards and take corrective action
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to safety and security
- Provide training and guidance to security personnel to enhance their knowledge and skills
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in public safety supervisory (Fire/EMS/Law Enforcement) or comparable supervisory experience
- Current and valid driver’s license
