Salary Information:
This position offers a competitive salary range of $32.00 - $41.00 per hour, including shift differential based on experience.
Job Description:
- Develop relationships with residents and their families using a consistent caregiver approach to support their physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
- Assess, observe, and evaluate resident clinical conditions, document findings, and notify the provider and/or RN when necessary.
- Update or modify care plans as needed to reflect changes in resident care and service needs.
- Supervise and lead care associates.
- Administer medications timely, accurately, and according to orders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursing program.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care is preferred.
- A passion to care for seniors and be a strong resident advocate.
