Duties And Responsibilities
- Maintain and routinely service all hardware and software.
- Provide technical support to fellow employees.
- Hardware, software and network installations and repair.
- Troubleshoot software, hardware and network problems.
- Inventory computer and network hardware/software.
- Provide daily maintenance of season pass, turnstile, scanners & P.O. S. equipment.
- Perform routine audits of all systems and all departments to investigate and repair any potential problems.
- Other duties assigned by management.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Must be available Monday-Sunday.
- Valid NYS driver’s license required.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Other.
- Experience in the field of information systems.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Good communication skills required.
- Good telephone skills required.
- Must be able to bend, lift, carry and perform other duties involved in installing and checking hardware.
Salary : $17
