Six Flags Live Entertainment is seeking a Regional Technical Manager for a temporary position to oversee the technical planning and execution of Halloween shows, haunted attractions, and activations at select Six Flags parks. This role calls for a strong and organized leader with experience in producing highly themed entertainment, major events and live theatrical productions.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure scenery, props, show control, lighting, audio, rigging and video components meet and/or exceed budgetary, creative and operational requirements.
- Stakeholders include but are not limited to: designers, scenic shops, equipment vendors, IP stakeholders, local park teams and Six Flags Corporate teams.
- Work with Regional Production Manager to develop detailed production schedules and ensure all necessary resources are requested, procured and allocated appropriately.
- Communicate with stakeholders on any challenges or changes to design, creative technical intent, production plans, schedules or operational needs in real time.
- Monitor major project milestones and ensure all technical components remain on time and on budget.
- Monitor installation teams at assigned parks and find/implement solutions to challenges when they arise.
- Locate and implement solutions to production and operational challenges having to do with technical production.
- Generate milestone reports detailing progress on all technical aspects at these events.
- Coordinate with local parks to ensure they have adequate technical staff to install and operate the events at their locations.
- Oversee and implement standard operational guidelines for live show and attraction Technicians in accordance with Six Flags standard operational guidelines
- Locate and Implement solutions for technical issues that arise during performances, rehearsals, or events. Respond quickly and efficiently to on-site problems, ensuring minimal disruption to the guest experience.
- Ensure all technical operations adhere to Six Flags’ safety protocols and standards. Conduct safety checks, ensure proper techniques, and maintain compliance with Six Flags, Federal, State and local regulations regarding technical operations.
- Be physically present at one of the assigned parks when an event is in operation.
- Track and respond to the real-time status of each park’s shows, attractions and activations
- Conduct operational audits and work with stakeholders to improve product quality and efficiency where possible.
- Participate in post-event evaluations to assess successes and areas for improvement. Gather feedback from team members, guests, and partners to help refine and improve future events.
- Work with stakeholders to plan and execute the end of run strikes of all shows attractions and activations.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in live entertainment technical production, including live audio, lighting, special effects, and rigging, preferably in theme parks or large-scale events.
- Experience managing and leading diverse teams, including technical staff and vendors. Effective communication and team-building skills are essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Experience with project management tools and software such as Smartsheet is beneficial.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues in high-pressure situations. Must be able to think quickly and creatively to address unexpected challenges.
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, especially during the Halloween season.

- Proficiency in using Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Office Suite.
