How You'll Make A Difference:
• Interacts with and assists individuals in an outgoing, friendly, versatile, flexible, and professional manner
• Communicates by phone, mail, e-mail, radio, and in person
• Enters data into computerized systems
• Promotes departmental opportunities and associate activities
• Distributes associate perks and paychecks
• Issues, Sells, and Distributes employee items such as uniforms, name tags, etc.
• Launders uniforms and other items
• Maintains inventory and data entry of items into inventory system
• Assists in all areas of Human Resources, as well as the park, as needed
• Monitor and provide minor cleaning/straightening up of Associate Services and employee bathrooms
• Provides guest service according to Cedar Fair standards when serving the guest or working with subordinates, including initiating guest interactions, answering questions and giving directions.
We're Looking For:
• Candidates must be at least 18 years to apply
• Meets scheduling availability requirements, including nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs.
• Meets Cedar Fair's attendance requirements as outlined in Cedar Fair's attendance policies.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety in assigned work area and performs all duties in compliance to Cedar Fair Safety guidelines and requirements and reports all unsafe or unusual conditions to supervision.
• Ability to work weekends
Salary : $31,400 - $39,800
