We're Looking For:
$17 / hour
This is an entry level, hourly, seasonal position with our training team starting around Febuary 10, 2025.
Provide impactful new hire orientation, leadership, and compliance training to seasonal associates.

How You'll Make A Difference:
- Assist with orientation/training sessions in an interactive and engaging manner.
- Track completion of required and optional training and input details into appropriate database or system.
- Ensure associates have obtained the necessary qualifications for their role and that accurate information is available to departments to manage the business.
- Develop and post communication related to training throughout the season.
- Work closely with training specialist to develop training, and analyze results.
We're Looking For:
- Availability to include some weekends and evenings.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to speak in front of small and large groups.
- People who love helping others and will support the needs of our associates.
- Good judgement and a commitment to safety.
- Ability to work alone with minimal supervision or in a team environment as needed.
- Ability to work and interact with people from diverse backgrounds.

- Ability to work with computers and Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
