Project Coordinator Responsibilities:
Coordination and Implementation -
- Work with Project Managers in the coordinate of logistics for various project activities to include travel logistics, meeting coordination, and scheduling
- Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts
- Monitor program progress and reach out to key stakeholders as necessary
- Generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research
Communication and Client Engagement -
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
- Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience
- Serve as a point of contact for clients when necessary
- Foster relationships with external partners and clients
Administrative Support -
- Digital filing and digital organization of Cedar work, contracts, and assets
- Ensure that client documentation is up to date and changes are tracked
- Assist as needed on office administrative tasks
Project Coordinator Requirements:
- Associate’s Degree in related field,
- Prior administrative experience,
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal,
- Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new software,
- Attention to detail,
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
Cedar Group Benefits:
Salaried employees must work 80 hours per pay period.

Leave:
Leave accrual of 1 week of paid leave per year, with an addition of 2 weeks of unpaid leave optional.

Cell Phone: After one year Each employee has the choice of a separate Cedar phone, or a $25 monthly stipend for their personal cell phone.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
