Responsibilities:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including customer service, patience, empathy and compassion.
- Observe clients and report any changes in their condition to staff.
- Observe and report changes in patient's condition to nursing staff.
- Provide personal care (such as helping clients eat meals, hygiene); Encourage and assist clients in physical and/or occupational rehabilitation programs.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing and grooming.
- Treat clients with respect.
- Housekeeping.
- Documentation.
- Adhering to Care Plan.
- Complete continuous training.
- Good collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Comfortable working with specific population of clients, including elderly clients and those with special needs.
- Attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, including active listening, writing, speaking, and reading comprehension.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
