Position Summary
Are you a caring, patient, and dedicated individual looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others? Cedar Grove PHC is seeking compassionate and reliable Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team! As a PCA, you’ll provide essential support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks
- Provide mobility support, such as transfers and assisting with exercises
- Accompany clients to appointments or run errands as required
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being
- Follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients and their families
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid PCA certification or CNA license in Georgia
- Has an experience with a dementia patient is preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
- Physically capable of bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 60 pounds, as well as standing for extended periods.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Evenings as needed
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating shift
