About the Job:We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Cedar Grove Rehabilitation. As an SLP, you will work with patients to assess and treat communication and swallowing disorders. Our ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, strong communication skills, and a passion for working with patients of all ages.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' communication and swallowing abilities
2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' needs
3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
4. Document patient progress and communicate with families and caregivers

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• New Jersey state licensure
• Current BLS certification
• 2 years of experience as an SLP
