Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Executive Sous Chef role located in Naples, FL. The Executive Sous Chef will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. The Executive Sous Chef will also collaborate in menu planning, ordering supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Additionally, they will work closely with the Executive Chef to innovate and create new dishes for our diverse clientele.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Proven leadership and staff supervision skills
- Strong organizational and inventory management abilities
- Proficiency in menu planning and culinary innovation
- Understanding of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred
