We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Manager to drive lead generation for clinical trial participation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies that generate direct response engagement from clinical research study candidates to meet clinical trial patient recruitment goals.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Develop and execute a content calendar for all social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Create engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and copywriting.
- Monitor social media trends and implement strategies to optimize engagement and reach.
Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
- Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote direct response engagement for clinical trial opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with organizational goals.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed for optimal results.
Copywriting, Content Creation & Management
- Design marketing materials such as brochures, email newsletters, and promotional flyers.
- Develop effective, compliant messaging for advertisements, text messaging, and emails that drive interest and response rates.
- Oversee website updates and SEO to ensure content is current and search-engine optimized.
- Write blogs, press releases, and other content that aligns with the brand voice.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for all social and marketing channels.
- Provide detailed reports with insights and recommendations to improve performance.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and executing direct response patient recruitment marketing strategies for clinical research sites or patient recruitment solution providers.
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
- Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
Mandatory Requirements
- Experience in healthcare, clinical trials, or a related industry.
- Knowledge of SEO and paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools for reporting.
