Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant to join our team in a dynamic educational environment. Duties
- Assist in the development and implementation of lesson plans tailored to meet the needs of each child.
- Support teachers in managing classroom activities and maintaining a structured environment.
- Provide individualized attention to children, ensuring their emotional and educational needs are met.
- Engage with children during playtime and learning activities, promoting social interaction and collaboration.
- Help with behavior management strategies to encourage positive behavior among students.
- Collaborate with parents and staff to communicate children's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Participate in curriculum development initiatives, contributing ideas for enhancing educational offerings.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment within the classroom and daycare settings.
Skills
- Experience or training in childcare or daycare settings is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff.
- Knowledge of lesson planning techniques that cater to various learning styles.
- Familiarity with behavior management strategies to support children's development.
