Open Shift : 3 - 12 hour shifts 7 : 00 p.m. to 7 : 30 a.m.
How you will make an impact :
The Mental Health Technician :
- observes, escorts, and monitors patients
- reports observations to the Registered Nurse
- provides basic nursing care under the direction of the Registered Nurse
- assists patients with activities of daily living; assists in the maintenance of a safe, secure, and clean environment
- engages patients in positive role models recovery oriented behaviors

What We Offer :
New hires are typically brought into the organization between the minimum to midpoint of the salary range posted depending on qualifications, internal equity, and the budgeted amount for the role.
Qualifications
Education : High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience : Knowledge of behavior management strategies required to provide care for persons with psychiatric and / or substance use disorders, knowledge of approved techniques to assist patients with ambulation and self care preferred. Must be able to read, understand, and follow policies, procedures, and written treatment plans.
This is not a remote position - you must be located in the Portland area.
Salary : $52,500
