How you will make an impact :
The Military Program Therapist carries a caseload of about 20 patients that are enrolled in the Inpatient or Partial Hospitalization Program or Intensive Outpatient Program levels of care. These patients are either active duty, or veterans. Responsibilities include; running group therapy for 20 hours per week, meeting individually with patients for case management / individual therapy needs, participating in multi-disciplinary treatment team meetings, and documenting all services (i.e. group, individual, etc.). A successful therapist will facilitate productive and beneficial groups, support their patients transitioning into and out of the program, coordinate successfully with outside providers, and complete documentation efficiently.
