Nursing Supervisor - RN - Night Shift

Responsibilities

We are seeking qualified candidates for a Nursing Supervisor - Behavioral Health. The selected candidate will supervise the daily operations of the nursing department ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compassionate, and therapeutic care.

Night Shift : 3 - 12 hour shifts 6 p.m. to 6 : 30 a.m.

How You Will Make an Impact :

• Supervise daily shift operations under Nurse Management's direction, ensuring patient needs are met
• Serve as a leader for nursing department staff and other hospital professionals
• Identify and resolve operational problems promptly; mediate patient / family / visitor issues; handle escalated hospital issues
• Maintain appropriate nursing unit staffing coverage; enforce hospital policies and procedures
• Evaluate nursing staff performance and participate in hospital policy implementation
• Administer medications and treatments accurately; ensure proper documentation and patient care
