Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications.
- Facilitate employee orientation and onboarding processes to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company.
- Assist with payroll functions.
- Assist with employee engagement functions.
- Coordinate benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries related to benefits selection.
- Collaborate on workforce management strategies to optimize staffing levels and employee engagement.
- Manage various HR projects

- Working in skilled nursing facilities
- Proficiency in employee orientation processes and best practices.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of interviewing techniques and best practices for candidate selection.

Requirements
- At least one year of related experience in a Human Resource position.
- Basic understanding of Human Resource functions, interviewing and record keeping requirements.
- General knowledge of regulatory requirements for skilled nursing facilities, and state/federal laws.
