Salary range for this position is $21.00 - $28.00 / Hour.

Vacation 2 weeks accrued per year initially, then incrementally more with longevity.

What You'll Do :

Ensure that the laundry is done properly and on schedule.

Obtain a working knowledge of all areas of housekeeping / laundry.

Assist with inspections of residents’ rooms and overall areas daily.

Perform other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements :

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Completed 12 years of education or must have GED within six months of hire.

Prefer (1) year of housekeeping / janitorial experience.

Working knowledge of general laundry procedures and all machinery involved.

The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 35 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
