What are the responsibilities and job description for the LVN/RN CHARGE NURSE/ MON-FRI/ 2p-10p position at Cedar Lake Nursing Home and Rehab?
Cedar Lake Nursing Center strives to provide the level of care we would want our family members to receive. You will be expected to provide nursing care as prescribed by the physicians and according to the standard of nursing practices and regulations and supervise the CNA staff in delivering direct resident care.
As a small family-owned nursing home, we understand that the current Covid-19 vaccine debate is an important issue. We care for our patients in a manner that has their safety in mind and the safety of our employees, but we do not require a vaccine to be an employee at our facility. Given the ever-changing restrictions, that may mean more frequent testing, or we might see the requirements change in the future.
