Job Description: We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Part-Full Time Front Desk Reservationist. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth operations at our lodge.
Responsibilities:
1. Guest Reception: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, provide information about the lodge's facilities and services, and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
2. Reservation Management: Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, and assist guests with booking accommodations according to their preferences and needs. Update reservation system accurately and promptly.
3. Customer Service: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their stay.
4. Administrative Tasks: Perform general office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, filing paperwork, and maintaining cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
5. Cash Handling: Process payments for reservations, handle cash transactions accurately, and maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as housekeeping and maintenance to ensure seamless communication and coordination for guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
