Cedar Mountain Bus Service Inc. Has a wonderful opportunity for you to became a school bus driver, Activity Trip Drivers & Sub Drivers even a van driver, with paid training and continued support with a company that treats each employee with dignity and as individual. We need very responsible and safety minded drivers to transport students to school daily Monday-Friday. Morning or afternoon or both shifts are available. Morning routes begin at approximately 6:40 AM and go until 7:45 AM. Afternoon routes begin at approximately 3:20 PM and go until 4:30 PM (split shifts available). Sped need/preschool van runs during day time hours, Field trips and Sports Trips are also available.
NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!!!
This job requires a CDL (Commercial Driver's License) Class B, If you don't have your CDL, we will train the right candidate willing to put in the effort to succeed. Our training has produced many first time CDL drivers.

Responsibilities:
- Safely transport individuals to and from designated locations
- Write daily reports on passengers' behavior and any incidents that occur during transportation
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the journey
- Educate passengers on safety procedures and regulations while in the vehicle
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle, ensuring their needs are met
- Maintain a clean and organized van interior
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience working with children or seniors is preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Ability to effectively manage passenger behavior and maintain a calm environment
- Basic mechanical knowledge to handle minor vehicle issues or emergencies
- Strong customer service skills to provide a positive experience for passengers
Note: This position requires flexibility in working hours as it may involve early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
